Embodiment Shift Meditation

This embodiment meditation is a very short meditation intended for two purposes:

1. To provide a brief embodiment practice that you can do in the midst of daily life. After you have listened to the guided meditation, you will be able to easily do this spontaneously as a way to drop into your body with presence.

2. A short embodiment practice for beginners. Ideally practitioners in Awakening in Life will get familiar with the longer foundational embodiment meditation, but this is a great starting point for embodiment.
